Orders and payment

Prices are in EUR. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. An order is confirmed when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; the cost of return shipping is borne by you. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.
