What we collect and why
Order data (name, address, email, phone, purchased items) — to fulfil the contract and for accounting (legal obligation).
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; we receive only payment status and the last 4 digits of the card.
Shipping data (name, address, phone, email) is shared with the carrier delivering your order — DPD, InPost, UPS or DHL — and the shipping platform we use to print labels.
Technical data (IP address, browser) in server logs — for security, kept up to 30 days.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (your bag, delivery country, cookie choice) are always on.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd.) are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; IP addresses are anonymised. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies for this site. No advertising cookies are used.
Retention
Order records are kept for the period required by Polish tax law (5 years after the end of the tax year).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — write to support@thefluidefit.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
