Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse in Poland within 3 business days. Within Poland and the EU we use DPD, InPost, UPS or DHL; outside the EU — DHL Express.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the country. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Poland €10 · Europe €20 · Rest of world €40 · Free shipping on orders over €450. Shipping is shown in your bag before checkout.

Taxes & duties

Orders ship from the EU. For deliveries within the EU no additional charges apply.

For the USA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, import duties and taxes are shown at checkout as a separate line and paid together with your order, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If no duties line is shown for your country, local charges may apply on delivery.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To start a return, write to support@thefluidefit.com with your order number and the reason (photos if the item is damaged). We will send return instructions and the return address in Poland.

Return shipping is paid by the customer; if it is not paid upfront we deduct it from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
